The Office of Case Management (OCM) works to foster student growth, development, and success by assisting students dealing with concerns related to mental health, well-being, and safety by providing outreach, resources, referrals, advocacy, and follow-up services. The Office of Case Management serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students to express concerns regarding students who exhibit symptoms associated with distress and/or risk and is responsible for addressing the health and safety of students on campus. OCM services include, but are not limited to, providing intervention and advocacy, resource and referrals, navigating university systems, and medical withdrawals.
The Student Case Coordinator position is a vital component of the Office of Case Management (OCM) team. This position is responsible for managing a caseload of student referrals and provides direct non-clinical support to students navigating challenges that impact their academic success and well-being. This position is directly responsible for collecting and assessing critical student information, identifying and supporting student needs, crisis intervention, referring for campus or community services, and engaging in appropriate follow-up.

The salary range for this position has been established at $52,385 - $57,900. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
