The Office of Case Management serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students to express concerns regarding students who exhibit symptoms associated with distress and/or risk and is responsible for addressing the health and safety of students on campus. OCM services include, but are not limited to, providing intervention and advocacy, resource and referrals, navigating university systems, and medical withdrawals. The Student Case Coordinator position is a vital component of the Office of Case Management (OCM) team.
