Student Care Specialist - Washington State University : Job Details

The Student Services Advisor 3 serves as a team leader and provides robust oversight and training for student case management support. This position is responsible for intervention, support, and prevention programs to assist students in distress, encountering challenges that impact their academic and personal success, or experiencing hospitalization or medical needs that require extensive and on-going case management. Coordinates the development, implementation, and/or administration of campus-wide student services programs and initiatives along with advising and counseling students. Required Qualifications. Positions require a Bachelors degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. One (1) or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. A Masters degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
