BASA Program at The Place:

  • On-the-Job Supervision: Receive hands-on supervision 4-5 days per week.
  • 40-Hour Work Week: Work directly with clients in-center to gain practical experience.
  • Comprehensive Training: Master competencies aligned with the BACB Task Content Outline and Code of Ethics.
  • Structured Support: Benefit from clearly defined tasks, and competency-based selection of supervisors.
  • Resource Access: Utilize in-house articles, recorded trainings, and job aids to support your learning.
  • Exam Support: Reimbursement for your first exam attempt.
  • Comprehensive Orientation and Onboarding

Qualifications for Students:

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a master's degree program meeting all BACB qualifications.
  • Completion of a Professionalism Self-Evaluation.
  • Excellent clinical scores on treatment integrity checks during direct sessions.
  • Application submission with completed essays.
  • Good standing (i.e., no corrective action goals in place).
