The 12 Month TAU/Intermittent Student Assistant - Accounts Payable will be directed by the Senior Accounting Officer, Supervisor in the Accounting Department at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: • Process invoices for payment in a timely manner. • Auditing and data entry of Employee Meal Tickets. • Assist with payroll processing as needed. • Process Office Revolving Fund (ORF) checks for distribution. • Process incoming mail. • Answer phones and assist callers. • Maintain mailout and incoming check and cash log. *Minimum qualifications will be verified prior to being scheduled for an interview.
