Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain a complex calendar for the Associate Dean, prioritizing initiatives and time-sensitive meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and facilitate actionable follow-ups.
- Manage financial and budgetary tasks: purchase orders, reimbursements, and invoice tracking.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across student-facing departments.
- Partner with the Admissions Office to ensure successful execution of recruitment events, including catering and logistics.
- Work alongside Academic & Career Advising to schedule workshops, webinars, and track student participation in professional development programs.
- Serve as the front-line point of contact for students-scheduling advising appointments and connecting them to support resources.
- Maintain a centralized database of student services, policies, and campus/community resources.
- Update the Student Handbook and manage content on the Student Affairs Canvas course.
- Represent the Office of Student Affairs with a friendly, professional demeanor to all students, faculty, and guests.
- Act as liaison with Finance and Operations for budget oversight and travel coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide support at university-wide events and complete additional projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of administrative, student support, or higher education experience preferred.
