The Student Accounts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the financial well-being of Lander University students by managing and maintaining student accounts and assisting in all aspects of the billing and collection process. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students and families regarding account inquiries and provides exceptional customer service to help ensure financial clarity and satisfaction. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing student account balances, coordinating outreach efforts for collections, and supporting non-student receivables. This role also supports institutional compliance by ensuring adherence to university, federal, and state policies while collaborating with departments such as Financial Aid, Registrar, and Admissions.
