Senior Consultant, Credit & Lending - Private Credit/ Investments (646-###-####)

JCW has partnered with a leading global bank as they're seeking an Associate level professional to join its Structured Finance team. The role would be a 6-month temporary contract, with the potential to be converted to permanent. Based in Washington, D.C., this opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to build experience in real estate finance within a dynamic corporate and investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of new commercial real estate (CRE) transactions in collaboration with internal credit and coverage teams.
• Assist with the loan documentation process by liaising with legal counsel and external advisors.
• Contribute to internal reporting, management information systems, and team-wide strategic initiatives.
• Partner with market-facing teams to enhance the firm's profile in the U.S. real estate debt market.
• Support business development and budgeting efforts for the Real Estate Finance group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, structured finance, or a related financial role.
• Exposure to commercial loan documentation and legal review is preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
