Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with potential shifts and on-call duties. The role involves general campus maintenance, including construction, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, and minor automotive repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems and fixtures, responding to emergency needs, and maintaining safety standards.

• Four (4) years of experience in structural trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical maintenance, including technical repair and installation of electronic equipment.
• OR successful completion of a formal apprenticeship or higher-level coursework from an accredited institution, with transcripts submitted as required.

Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate professionally at all levels. Part-time experience is pro-rated.

• Experience across multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, painting, locksmithing, HVAC, electrical).
• Strong attention to detail, planning, organizing, multitasking, and self-starting abilities.
