This is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential-ideal for engineers who are ready to take ownership of diverse, high-value projects and help drive success for both clients and internal teams.Our client supports a range of technically complex buildings, including pharmaceutical facilities, data centers, health science buildings, and industrial manufacturing sites. They recently expanded their capabilities through a strategic merger, and are actively building out their PM bench to meet increased project demand.What You'll DoAs a Structural Engineer PM, you will:
- Lead structural design projects from proposal through construction completion
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, architects, and consultants
- Provide technical oversight and design reviews to ensure code compliance and quality
- Mentor engineers and drafters, assign tasks, and guide development
- Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee financial performance, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Conduct periodic site visits and ensure quality control
- Assist with proposals and help grow business through client engagement
Who We're Looking ForRequired:
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 7+ years of experience as a structural engineer, with a focus on commercial or industrial buildings
- Solid project management and client-facing experience
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, materials, and structural systems
- Clear and confident communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- PE license (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
- Background in pharma, data centers, life sciences, mission-critical, or industrial facilities
