Selectek is currently looking for a Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. This contract-to-direct opportunity will allow the selected candidate to lead projects across commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead structural design efforts for a variety of commercial, educational, and healthcare projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers from other disciplines to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. Perform structural analysis, calculations, and design using AutoCAD and related software. Manage project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration, ensuring project success from conception to completion. Assist in business development activities, fostering client relationships and expanding the companys portfolio. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
