Join a tight-knit team that's redefining how home inspections, corrections, and remodels get done—powered by tech, driven by efficiency.Our client is a growing specialist in residential inspection and structural renovation, with a process built on speed, accuracy, and trust. Leveraging cutting-edge tools like LiDAR scanning, they provide seamless design solutions for projects that require a sharp eye and a steady hand. With a five-person crew that thrives on collaboration and clarity, they're looking for someone who shares that same energy.What You'll Do

• Provide structural engineering guidance for residential inspection and renovation projects
• Analyze LiDAR scans and drafted plans to produce clear, code-compliant design solutions
• Collaborate with a small team to meet client goals and local building codes
• Conduct site visits in the Twin Cities as needed to assess conditions or verify implementation
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment and progress

What You Bring

• Active Minnesota PE license (required)
• Residential structural design and renovation experience
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and working with LiDAR data
• Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment
