We are looking for talented individuals that can take on the following responsibilities:

• Coordinating with our support staff to schedule site visits
• Conduct structural inspections to evaluate building systems, structures, and components (typically single-family residences, condos, commercial buildings, etc.) in the South Florida area
• Document observations via photograph and video
• Determine the cause, origin, and duration of reported damages
• Establish recommended procedures and methods for repair

Our ideal candidate would have the following capabilities:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE), Structural Engineer (SE), or Engineer Intern (EI) license in the State of Florida
• Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years in structural design, inspections, and/or forensic engineering
• Experience conducting forensic engineering investigations
• Familiarity with local code requirements and associated governing agencies
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Works well with colleagues and clients
• Self-motivated and organized
• High level of integrity, always conducting business in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
• Willing to travel with personal vehicle

Additional compensation will be considered for preferred candidates with the following:

• Special Inspector (SI) license
• UAS drone pilot's license
• Level II Certified Thermographer
