Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing initiatives for a range of building types and materials, adhering to global building codes.
- Coordinate design efforts effectively with both internal team members and external professionals such as Architects and Engineers.
- Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop detailed, coherent, and precise construction documentation.
- Engage in project meetings, offering technical advice and following up on design and detailing tasks to ensure adherence to scope and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development to foster a knowledgeable and versatile team.
- Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and standards, incorporating these into design practices to enhance project outcomes.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Proficient with structural engineering software like RAM and ETABS.
- Understanding of multiple construction materials including concrete and steel.
- Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred, or at least Engineer Intern (EI) certification held.
- Hands-on experience in a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment specifically using Revit Structure.
- Experience with inspection or supervision of construction sites is an advantage.
- Advanced degree in structural engineering.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in managing small to medium design teams.
- Expertise in sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.

- Solid expertise in cast-in-place concrete, prestressed concrete, and post-tensioned concrete.
- Proficient in structural steel and reinforced masonry design.
- Strong capabilities in using design and analysis software.
