The Commerce Strategy & Operations team reports to the VP of Commerce and influences decisions across post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust, and fraud. In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement commerce strategies to optimize margins and drive growth in the post-purchase experience
• Manage cross-functional projects with product and engineering teams
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Analyze commerce data to provide insights and recommendations
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance for quality and cost-effectiveness

Team members should be within commuting distance of our NY, LA, or SF hubs.

We value humility, a growth mindset, and proactive high-impact action. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (consulting, finance, GM, operations), along with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects
• Strong understanding of commerce operations and process optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with systematic execution
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex
