The Away-From-Home Strategy team is part of PepsiCo's North America Strategy & Transformation function. Away from Home brings PepsiCo's entire portfolio of beverages, snacks, and nutrition to out-of-home consumption channels, including restaurants, universities, offices, stadiums, hotels, airports, and much more. Away From Home is a key enabler of PepsiCo's strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a source of new occasions.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Transformation plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo's long-term growth and influencing effective execution with cross-functional partners. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the resources and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most pressing issues facing the company by influencing brand and channel priorities and by undertaking transformational initiatives (e.g., data & analytics, digital ordering) to achieve the greatest possible growth and penetration.
Our team primarily works across three types of projects: long term strategic planning, growth priorities (e.g., portfolio, channel/customer strategy), and transformation that enables PepsiCo to create long term advantage through next-gen capabilities.
