Our firm is currently working with a growing audience management agency specializing in email (& SMS). They are looking for a CRM/Email/SMS Strategy Manager to lead client engagements and develop a high-performing team of strategists.

This position is based in NYC, in office 3 days a week, and requires onsite client visits.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing email marketing strategies
• Serving as a strategic advisor to clients
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of strategists
• Develop client-specific email & SMS marketing strategies
• Analyze client data to uncover strategic opportunities and inform decision-making
• Negotiate annual client contracts

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer on either the client or agency side.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Email and SMS Experience
• A bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver results.
• Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling
