Those in deal strategy at PwC will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Your role is crucial in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Your responsibilities include shaping client engagements, mentoring future leaders, and maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.   • The Opportunity:

    As part of the Deals Transaction Services team, you will lead private equity growth projects supporting strategic planning and business reviews. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relationships. Your role is vital in driving growth, shaping engagements, and mentoring future leaders, reinforcing PwCs reputation for excellence.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Leading private equity project creation for strategic planning.
  • Setting strategic direction for client engagements.
  • Driving business development initiatives.
  • Overseeing multiple projects to ensure quality results.
  • Maintaining executive-level client relationships.
  • Mentoring and developing future leaders.
  • Upholding PwC's standards of quality, integrity, and inclusion.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Minimum qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience.

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
    • Experience with mergers, spin-offs, divestitures.
    • Leadership in strategic planning and business reviews.
    • Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
    • Experience in new business development and complex project management.
    • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
