Job Description :
Description Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is looking for a Strategist - Technology Solutions to provide technology strategy services, project management, manage firm cybersecurity program and act as CRM administrator. In this role you will:
  • Administer the organization's Salesforce CRM, managing configuration, user permissions, workflows, reports, and data integrity.
  • Act as the internal owner of large-scale technology rollouts, upgrades, and training efforts.
  • Manage technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with aligned stakeholders. Lead internal tech initiatives, collaborating with departments and vendors. Monitor industry trends to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for Help Desk Associate troubleshooting and resolving routine technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Quickly identify, investigate, research, and provide solutions to user questions and problems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to third-party security consultants and IT providers for audits, penetration testing, and remediation efforts. Maintain strong documentation of processes, settings, and technology vendor relationships.
  • Partner with operations, compliance, and leadership to evaluate and implement technology that supports scale, security, and an improved client experience. Identify opportunities to enhance systems or consolidate tools for greater efficiency and security.
  • Own and manage the firm's internal cybersecurity program, ensuring continuous alignment with best practices and compliance expectations Monitor for security threats, maintain internal controls and procedures, and coordinate periodic testing and incident response planning.
  • Collaborate with users to understand Salesforce needs, build custom objects, and ensure seamless integration with external systems.
  • Test Salesforce changes, maintain user profiles, provide training, and ensuring accurate customer interaction captured by identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve Salesforce adoption and streamline processes within the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as administrator and internal point of contact for key software platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, DocuSign, password managers, etc.).
  • Manage user provisioning, software licenses, integrations, and day-to-day support for staff with IT vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a STEM related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience administering Salesforce required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of desktop support experience required
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred or obtained within twelve (12) months of employment required.
  • Experience working within finance industry preferred.
