Job Summary The mission of the Strategic Territory Manager is to focus on sales, problem solving, and building strong relationships within the region assigned. The ideal candidate is an established sales professional who is outgoing, self-motivated, and well organized. This role will also focus on customer retention, problem solving, and building relationships. The successful candidate must become a licensed Sales Agent upon hire and must maintain licensure during employment. Job Responsibilities
- Grow sales by cultivating leads, calling on competitor accounts, formulating sales strategies, communicating product value to clients, and closing sales.
- Negotiate agreements with prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit sales agreements.
- Prepare establishment gaming license applications forms.
- Travel daily to establishments, approximately 80% travel within region.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Account management focusing on customer retention strategies and negotiating and extending current customer contracts.
- Point of contact for assigned establishments within the assigned region.
- Responsible for advising establishments on custom marketing for advertising, promotions, and giveaways.
- Discussing machine swaps, software upgrades, and analyzing marketing and overall setup to help improve NTI.
- Attending territory events; networking, city/township meetings, government meetings.
Education Bachelor's degree in business or similar field is preferred. Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Experience within the Gaming or Beverage industry preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job generally operates in a professional office environment.
