Strategic Sourcing Specialist - LHH : Job Details

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Global Supply Chain to join their team. This is a high-visibility role with direct ownership of supplier relationships and sourcing strategy across Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key product categories.
• Lead supplier development and performance management across a global base.
• Navigate international trade regulations and drive tariff mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate on engineering change orders and product lifecycle transitions.
• Support cross-border supplier transitions involving hundreds of SKUs and multiple product lines.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, insurance documentation, and tooling oversight.
• Analyze cost structures and contribute to strategic sourcing decisions using Excel and Oracle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in global sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing.
• Experience with international supplier management.
• Experience with OEM suppliers and consumer packaged goods.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic projects with day-to-day supplier management.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$85,000 + 3% Bonus
