Inceed has partnered with a global exhange leader & technology innovation firm to help find a skilled Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team responsible for managing external spend and creating cost efficiencies. This exciting opportunity arises as the team is expanding to cover short-term needs with potential for longer-term engagement. Engage in strategic and operational tasks, leading contract negotiations, and influencing stakeholders. This role offers visibility to senior leadership and a chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead contract negotiations and manage stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and conduct spend analysis
• Review and approve Coupa requisitions
• Onboard suppliers and manage contracts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Create executive summary presentations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in procurement operations and contract negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in project and change management
• Background in analytics and expense management
• Consultative engagement experience
