Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Position OverviewThe Strategic Sourcing Manage will oversee the procurement process and inventory management, ensuring that the organization achieves cost savings while maintaining optimal stock levels. This role is crucial for implementing strategic sourcing initiatives and improving overall supply chain efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
• Manage inventory planning to ensure availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and inventory management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
• Proven track record in cost-saving management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in managing KPIs related to procurement and inventory processes.
