• Leverage 10+ years of experience in high-volume full lifecycle staffing agency recruiting and sales, with a proven track record selling to Fortune 500 accounts.
• Build and close sales, negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project scenarios with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead major change efforts in strategic staffing and resourcing initiatives.
• Maintain excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and C-Level relationship management.
• Travel as required.
• Possess analytical problem-solving skills, strategic insight, and understanding of network products and technology.
• Plan and organize effectively, with familiarity in Salesforce being advantageous.

• Same as responsibilities, emphasizing experience and skills in staffing, sales, consulting, and relationship management.
• Customer service orientation and good judgment in problem-solving and negotiations.
