The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Alchemy, you will be pushing the entire blockchain industry forward by helping developers and companies accelerate their product development on our infrastructure. You\'ll be leading the charge at one of the fastest growing companies in blockchain. You will be responsible for owning the early stages of the sales process, which includes prospecting and engaging with top teams in the space.

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
The OTE for this position is estimated $130,000 annually plus more based on performance and equity. The commission is uncapped. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
