Job Description:Marketing AnalystHuntsman is seeking a Strategic Marketing Analyst supporting the Global Elastomers Division located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Regional Marketing Manager - Americas.In summary, as the Strategic Marketing Analyst, you will: The Marketing Analyst - Elastomers Americas will play a key role in driving regional growth through operational marketing. This position is responsible for conducting market assessments for opportunities in chosen markets and executing targeted marketing campaigns, supporting product and innovation launches, managing sales enablement tools, and tracking / reporting on market intelligence. The role also involves implementing regional and segment-specific strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.Sales EnablementDevelop and maintain sales tools, including presentations, sales kits, case studies, and joint PR materials tailored to regional customer's needsPartner with the sales teams to create impactful customer-facing materials that support customer acquisitionImplement regional and segment marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholdersData Reporting & Market IntelligenceCollect, analyze, and share market insights related to focus segmentsPrepare marketing reports to share with leadership and regional stakeholdersTrack / report on execution and impact of regional marketing campaigns and launchesCustomer and Market Segment ActivationExecute regional marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation across strategic marketing segmentsSupport product and innovation launches by coordinating regional activities and aligning with the Four P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) within assigned segmentsSupport customer segmentation and account targeting models, including account-based marketingConduct market assessments to evaluate and assess opportunitiesEvent ManagementCoordinate regional trade shows, customer events, and internal launch meetingsServe as the main point of contact for event execution in EuropeLead ManagementManage inbound leads generated through marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-up, handoff to sales and trackingSupport leads nurturing and customer engagement initiatives to drive conversionQualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
