Strategic Finance Senior Associate - Selby Jennings : Job Details

Currently representing a Boutique Wealth Management firm that specializes in advising high net worth individuals. They are searching for a Senior Strategic Finance Associate to work directly with the CFO to provide strategic, data driven insight in regards to financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, etc.

LOCATION: NYC (hybrid)

COMP: $95-115k

• Develop and maintain financial models for the firm to evaluate financial patters
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Serve as the primary finance business partner for all sectors and business units
• Manage the firm's ongoing forecast
• Presenting financial reports to senior leadership
• Provide ongoing data driven insights into new opportunities
• Aid in transition to AI-focused reporting and analysis
• Monthly and quarterly reporting for both internal internal and external parties, with the controller

• Strategic thinker
• Strong background in project management preferred
• Ability to articulate financial data and present to senior leadership
• Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Experience within similar industry (wealth management, alternative investments, private banking) strongly preferred
• 4-7 years of experience across Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance functions
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field strongly preferred
• CPA or CFA ideal
