Strategic Finance Associate - GLOCAP : Job Details

CLIENT: Our client is an early stage, high growth, first-in class healthcare company leveraging AI.

ROLE: Our client is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to work as a key part of the Strategic Finance and Business Development teams. This individual will work on a variety of tactical and strategic projects including financial modeling, market sizing, competitive analyses and investor facing materials.

LOCATION: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

TIMING: ASAP, immediate start

RESPONSBILITIES:

Perform financial analyses and create models

Prepare and create leadership team presentations and Board meeting materials

Interact and support senior members of the management team

Help to manage deal processes

Provide guidance to teammates at the Analyst and Intern level

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years as an investment banking analyst (ideally with at least 1 year of experience as an investment banking associate) and/or operating experience at a high-growth healthcare/life sciences focused startup

A strong interest in Healthcare, particularly in the Life Sciences (e.g., biopharma, diagnostics & tools, etc.)

Strong financial modeling skills and quantitative background coupled with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously

Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to be a team player with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture

Top academic performance with comfort operating in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise

COMPENSATION/ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS:

They expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $125,000-$150,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including, but not limited to, the applicant s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Base salary is one component of our client s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and participation in the Company s employee stock option plan.
