Job Location : Kansas City,MO, USA
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives (capital instruments & reagents) in targeted Anatomic Pathology, Histology, Dermatology & GI labs in Little Rock, AR, Kansas City, MO & surrounding areas. Must maintain & grow existing accounts & develop new accounts in the assigned geography. Develop partnerships with all levels of Buying Influences including C-Suite, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, Histotechnologists, Safety Officers, and Materials Management. Additionally, this role requires delivering value quantification presentations to potential customers. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of products offered by Roche Diagnostics, Tissue Division. Resolve a wide range of issues creatively and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel within the area of expertise to drive the customer-focused sales process. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team of Specialists to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Customer-focused selling skills are essential to drive consistent results and partnerships. Overnight travel is required.
