In that case, we are happy to welcome you to the team.Your ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a Strategic Account Executive which plays a critical role in supporting DocuWare's channel-led growth strategy and expanding company presence through partnerships with Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs). This role generates new revenue and boosts partner performance via business planning, enablement, and strategic sales execution.This role is responsible for develops go-to-market strategies, leads enablement programs, and provides tailored support aligning with partner strengths and target markets. Utilizing a solution-selling approach, the individual drives joint business planning and pipeline development, helping partners acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and achieve shared sales objectives.This individual covers the following territory: New York State, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.For this position, you will need to live within New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The five boroughs are not considered within the required NYS territory.Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic execution with assigned partners, including new partner acquisition and current partner expansion.Develop and implement joint business plans with ADPs to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, aligning on revenue goals, enablement milestones, and sales outcomes.Lead sales and technical workshops for partners and facilitate end-user seminars to support deal closure.Manage partner onboarding, certifications, and product/solution training to ensure go-to-market readiness.Execute partner marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives tailored to target industries and partner capabilities.Maintain accurate partner activity and opportunity data within CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365).Provide weekly performance updates and forecasts to sales leadership, identifying wins, risks, and action plans for underperforming partners.What you need to succeedAbility to travel two weeks a year, one week to our Beacon, NY office for Quarterly Briefing week and one week a year to our DoucWorld event (locations vary).Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within territory.Four-year college degree or equivalent.5-7 years successful SaaS sales experience.Document management/document imaging software industry experience.Consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.Superb presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Computer skills with ability to competently demonstrate software functionality.Ability to analyze business processes and to find individual solutions.What we can offer$115,000 to $140,000 base plus commission (based on experience), no cap on compensation however OTE is expected range of $155,000 to $225,000.DocuWare funds $2,000/$4,000 annually towards single/family HDHP deductibleYour choice of 4 medical plans (HDHP, EPO, PPO)Short Term Disability (100% company paid)Long Term Disability (100% company paid)Group Term Life insurance (100% company paid)401(K) with company match12 annual paid holidays and generous PTO planOne day off a year to volunteer to your charity of choice.Profit SharingInternationally growing and well established companyThorough onboarding & induction periodTraining and development opportunitiesParticipation in a positive intercultural company culture with an openness to new ideasVirtual instructor led fitness offerings.Access to Udemy training academy and Tuition ReimbursementFlexible Spending & Dependent Care AccountsCompany events and moreOur ValuesNew ideas are always welcome here.At DocuWare, you'll find an open corporate culture, a wide variety of options for further education and a friendly, informal work environment.
