This position focuses exclusively on Meritain Health's pharmacy business, Meritain Pharmacy Solutions. Key Responsibilities include executing tactical components of the client management team's business plan for each customer; managing daily Plan Sponsor/Producer concerns; executing objectives aligned to customer and organizational goals including service levels, process improvements, pharmacy benefits plan operations, gap identification, root cause analysis, and solution development; offering creative product and service solutions; monitoring client product lines and services; supporting annual business plans and account strategies; collaborating with medical account teams and pharmacy support on complex issues; identifying and implementing customer service efficiencies; managing new client implementation; performing service-related tasks and participating in open enrollment; delivering service on customer relationships including issue resolution and key meetings; coordinating service work and communication; and supporting opportunities for new products and services. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience, ability to travel 25%-50%, experience leading open enrollment strategy including on-site client meetings, strong communication skills including with C-suite individuals, and monitoring/reporting performance guarantees. Preferred qualifications include previous client management experience with a health plan carrier and pharmacy benefit manager, and 3-5 years of relevant pharmacy industry experience.
