Strategic Account Executive(Central US Territory)Company Profile: A leading provider of regenerative biomaterials for dental and surgical applications, specializing in clinically proven bone grafts and collagen membranes that support predictable, high-quality patient outcomes across the U.S. and Canada.What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing national contracts and building relationships with key dental service organizations (DSOs) across the Central region.
  • Expanding market access, executing contract strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Manage national contracting and agreement implementation with assigned DSOs.
  • Drive profitable growth through increased access to affiliated dental practices and practitioners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract execution and sales initiatives.
  • Support DSO, VA, and Military account initiatives.
  • Develop and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead contract negotiation, renewal, and implementation processes.
  • Maintain CRM data and manage contract compliance files.
  • Analyze market trends to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with clinical and managerial stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input to internal teams to support sales execution.
  • Report on competitive activities and industry trends.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate account sales within the dental or medical field.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel extensively (national and international).
  • Residency within the Central U.S. territory required.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives, take ownership, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in dental offices and understanding of dental instrumentation/surgical procedures is a plus.
