Mid-Market Sales Representative
This position is remote within the United States. Responsible for the sale of Detect AI into the mid-market segment and meeting sales objectives established by sales management. The group segment includes Multi-Site offices, DSO's, Large Group Practices, etc. Position is also responsible for driving focus on this segment of the market and maintaining the momentum achieved due to recent industry evolution.
What You Will Do
- Sale of HSPS Practice Management Products in the mid-market segment.
- Focus on this segment of the market and maintaining the momentum achieved due to recent industry evolution.
- Interface closely with the HSD team to ensure a team selling approach to the group space.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide a complete solution to the customer and ensure the overall success of Henry Schein in this growing space.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs.
- Meet company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
Qualifications Must Have
- Five plus years B2B experience in the dental industry.
- Experience selling complex technology and/or enterprise level software solutions preferred.
- Great active listening skills and the ability to uncover opportunities.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Excellent communications / presentations skills and ability to build relationships.
- Phenomenal customer service and engagement skills.
- High comfort level presenting using virtual technology tools.
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
- Internal motivation and the ability to meet assigned sales goals.
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities and multi-tasking.
- Technological savviness and the ability to learn new concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Henry Schein One software portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Five plus years B2B experience in the group practice or midmarket space.
- Knowledge of CRM solutions.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 50/50 commission target.
