The STOX AWM Program Manager will operate within the Strategy, Technology, and Operations Excellence function of the Advance Wound Management (AWM) business unit. This role is critical to the execution of strategic and transformational programs that align with Smith+Nephew's enterprise objectives. The position requires a high-performing individual capable of managing complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion.
The role involves strong collaboration with internal business partners, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance, as well as external consultants and partners. The successful candidate must be adept at managing change, influencing without authority, and leading multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams across global locations.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program/project management within a mid-to-large corporate environment.
Experience in the Medical Device Industry is required.
International and cross-cultural project experience is preferred.
Areas of expertise ideally include: Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, PMP certification preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skilled in strategic thinking and tactical execution simultaneously.
Advanced planning and organizational skills, with a detail- and process-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $117,500 - $193,875 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
