DDC 4C, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for its Stormwater Management project at Fort Bragg, NC. The Team Lead will oversee daily management, inspections of stormwater control measures (SCM), develop work requirements, and ensure quality assurance. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of NC Stormwater Management and NPDES regulations, knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology, and experience with storm sewer systems, Microsoft Office, ESRI's ArcGIS and ArcCollector, GPS, and strong communication skills.

• Inspect SCM and stormwater features monthly, identify maintenance needs, and take corrective actions.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and annual work plans; supervise up to six employees.
• Communicate inspection results and solutions to maintain compliance.
• Conduct inspections and document results using software.
• Identify root causes of issues and create action plans.
• Utilize software like ArcGIS/ArcCollector for data collection.
• Prepare reports on work completed and additional maintenance needs.
• Collect water quality samples and data for reporting.

• Valid North Carolina driver's license.
• NC SCM Inspection and Maintenance Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations on stormwater systems.
• Ability to manage water programs and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain a clearance for federal sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GPS technology.
• Preferred certifications: First Aid, CPR, OSHA 30-hour, NC Herbicide License.
• Experience with GPS and field computer systems.
• Clean driving record; ability to operate large vehicles.

Work involves exerting force, standing, walking, climbing, operating equipment, and exposure to outdoor weather, chemicals, and noise. Ability to traverse difficult terrain and work in adverse conditions is required.
