Responsibilities include:

Training & Personal Development:

• Completing an accelerated program with all necessary certifications for the Store Manager role.
• Participating in classroom, online, and on-the-job training, including rotations in other stores.
• Following development plans and engaging in professional growth activities.
• Monitoring own performance and seeking self-development opportunities.
• Gaining knowledge of SOPs, store systems, and obtaining pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required.

Customer Experience:

• Engaging customers and resolving complaints to ensure positive experiences.
• Coaching team members on customer service and analyzing feedback to improve service metrics.

Operations:

• Gaining proficiency in supervising store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Supporting compliance with laws and regulations, ensuring safety, and completing assigned tasks.

Business Performance Management:

• Learning to analyze store and pharmacy data, develop improvement plans, and identify sales opportunities.

Business Planning:

• Understanding inventory metrics and supporting initiatives to grow the business.

People & Performance Management:

• Learning about team training, coaching, and performance assessment.

Communications:

• Participating in communication sessions, community events, and team discussions.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 3 years retail management experience or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience, fluency in English, flexibility in schedule, and PTCB certification. Willingness to accept an assignment as Store Manager and transfer within the area is required.
