The store manager oversees the daily operations of a retail store, including merchandising, financial management, sales supervision, and overall store management. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching staff, managing sales, inventory, expenses, cash handling, loss prevention, and store appearance.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $43,888.00 - $65,912.80
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: 18 years or older
  • Housing: Not available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and provide excellent guest service
  • Analyze sales trends and develop growth strategies
  • Manage budgets and inventory goals
  • Enforce company policies and train staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards
  • Communicate effectively with regional management
  • Stay informed on industry products and trends

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years retail experience, including supervisory roles
  • 2 years management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of industry-specific operations
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Customer service and sales expertise
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience with POS systems preferred
