Requirements

• Previous management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience withTekmetricshop management software ispreferred.
• Background inautomotive repairor service operations ishighly preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Must be organized, reliable, and proactive.
