Our client, an established organization in Fresno, CA is looking for a dynamic Machine Shop Supervisor to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machinists and operators

Perform quality checks and maintain high standards of precision

Set up and troubleshoot manual and CNC machinery

Qualifications

️ 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment

️ Strong knowledge of manual and CNC machines

️ Experience with editing programs and tooling

️ Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings
