Job Description :

If the answer is yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. This is the right opportunity for you if you:

  • Can consistently demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness while operating a market-leading NAPA store
  • Take full responsibility for P&L, map out initiatives and business plans for the store, and solve roadblock issues

Responsibilities

  • Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist outside sales in identifying, developing, and maintaining wholesale accounts
  • Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver excellent customer care and business results
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
  • Protect and maintain the security of store assets
  • Maintain pride in store safety and appearance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
  • Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a personal drive to achieve business goals
  • Customer-focused with high energy in fast-paced stores
  • Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
  • Passion for delivering customer care within a team environment
  • Additional qualifications that are a plus:
  • Technical or trade school courses or degree
  • Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
  • Experience in parts store, auction, retail, auto body/collision, or management in related fields
  • Customer-centric approach (external/internal)
  • ASE Certifications
