Kimbrell's Furniture is expanding and seeking new Store Managers for our Carolina locations. We are looking for energetic, positive professionals with retail management experience to join our team. If you are an effective leader, organized, and eager to grow with a longstanding family-owned furniture retailer, this opportunity is for you.

Note: Applicants must be willing to travel during training and potentially relocate as a Manager.

During training, you will work closely with corporate trainers and experienced store managers to learn our history, culture, and business operations that have enabled us to thrive for over 100 years. Success in this role requires enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales and profitability goals, and managing staff effectively.

After training, your responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers courteously and professionally
• Building relationships with customers, departments, and staff
• Training, motivating, and mentoring staff to meet sales goals
• Exercising strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Overseeing store operations and transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Providing staff training and cross-training to maintain productivity
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Handling personnel matters such as interviews, appraisals, and training
• Upholding Kimbrell's culture and reputation
• Traveling between stores as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
