As our enthusiastic and hardworking Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting sales and income budget expectations while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
- Planning and directing daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, POS, inventory, merchandising, and donations.
- Hiring, training, developing, and coaching store staff; conducting evaluations and performance management.
- Scheduling staff, monitoring payroll, and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Providing excellent customer and donor service, maintaining community relations.
- Overseeing Back Room Processing and inventory management.
- Supervising program beneficiaries if applicable.
- Ensuring security of funds, inventory, and property.
- Maintaining safety standards and conducting safety meetings.
- Performing tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- At least 3 years of retail management experience, thrift experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Valid driver's license, pass MVR, proof of insurance, access to vehicle.
- Background check clearance.
- Effective communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive motion tasks.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
