Papa Murphy's, a rapidly growing chain of Take 'N' Bake restaurants, is currently seeking full-time General Managers for multiple locations in KC. The successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, excellent people skills, a commitment to first-class customer service, and a strong desire to succeed. Previous pizza experience is preferred but not required.

    GM responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that Papa Murphy's operational standards are met
  • Ensuring complete guest satisfaction with every transaction
  • Controlling store profits and losses through optimal food and labor costs and waste minimization
  • Communicating store status and opportunities to leadership
  • Supervising staff in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
  • Making high-quality pizzas quickly with a positive attitude

    • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
