What Your Day Will Look Like
- Owns store P&L, driving income goals through managing sales and expenses
- Leads the team by providing leadership, direction, and development
- Hires, trains, and retains high-quality team members who exhibit our values
- Ensures the highest level of merchandise experience through execution of the company blueprint and brand standards
- Executes lineup changes and sell-thru strategies
- Delivers exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations and enforcing accountability
- Implements world-class processes in the store
- Fosters a high-performance culture focused on results
- Develops others through coaching
- Develops internal talent and attracts external talent to ensure a deep talent bench
- Works with the Sales Manager to ensure effective sales training and utilization of materials
- Maintains standards in cycle counts, accounting, and merchandising procedures
- Collaborates with the Assistant Manager to ensure operational excellence in home delivery
- Leads change initiatives within the store
- Meets store visit expectations set by the Market Leader
What Will Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proven skills in organizational development and talent retention
- Proficiency with business-related technology systems
- Servant leadership mindset
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience managing change in complex environments
- Strong communication skills for simplifying complex ideas
