Job Purpose:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. This role involves providing daily leadership and driving growth to ensure NAPA remains the dominant parts supplier in the market.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Capable of moving merchandise up to 60 pounds
- Ability to move heavy equipment using aids
