We are a growing fashion and lingerie brand, expanding in the US and we are looking for a Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

• You have a proven 2 years experience as a Store Manager within a fashion company
• Customer centric with a positive attitude, you define yourself as a Super seller
• You re a hands-on leader who enjoys developing and supporting others.
• You have a strong commercial temperament and are committed to making your store welcoming.
• You are excited to roll up your sleeves and help the brand get off the ground in a new market.
• You enjoy a challenge, and are excited to work alongside colleagues to exceed your goals.
