Job Title: General Manager

Business: 7-Eleven and Circle K Convenience Stores, Mobil and BP Gas Stations

Site: Various Locations in FL (West Palm Beach, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Sebastian, Vero Beach, Cleveland)

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Annually ***Bonus Eligible***

Summary:

We are seeking highly talented individuals with management and leadership experience in the Retail/Convenience sector. Experience managing high-volume businesses and excellent communication skills are essential. 7-Eleven experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, progressive, and possess a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude. Compensation includes a base salary of $70K-$80K based on qualifications, plus a bonus plan similar to ownership. Benefits include health, 401K, and relocation assistance.

Job Description:

The General Manager (GM) oversees the entire site operation, leading the management team to ensure alignment with PMG values, goals, and standards. Responsibilities include maximizing profitability through team development, operational excellence, sales growth, and financial management, while ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. The GM will build and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Address customer and employee concerns effectively.
  • Implement sales strategies and business processes to maximize sales.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
  • Supervise daily tasks and team performance.
  • Manage cash, lottery, shrink, spoilage, and waste processes.
  • Handle labor and scheduling management.
  • Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Build community relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Ensure compliance with operational audits.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Business preferred.
  • Leadership and team-building experience.
  • Staff training and performance management skills.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and organize efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
