Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals through team management and customer service excellence
• Develop team skills via training and evaluation
• Recruit and select new team members
• Manage P&L to meet profit margin targets
• Enforce company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail
• Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret various instructions and schedules
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
