Store Director - Luxottica Group : Job Details

Develops and executes strategies to drive traffic, revenue, and customer growth through community partnerships, events, and brand activations. Works with F&B operator to ensure operations meet brand standards. Leads new product launches and brand experiences to elevate the customer journey. Ensures alignment with brand guidelines across activations, visual merchandising, and in-store communications. Manages and develops employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning. Delivers excellent customer service and models professionalism.
