Exemplifies and ensures strong customer service in all aspects of the job. Responsible for total store operations and achieving sales and profit objectives. Plans, organizes, directs and controls all store activities and personnel to ensure store financial and other objectives are reached, consistent with Company policies and procedures, and federal, state and local laws. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Promotes Albertsons philosophy of personalized service in each department. Primary duty is management of overall store operations. In that regard, implements Company and Division merchandising, operating and sales initiatives.
